Spackla vittrade spånskivor garage?

Då virket låg ute i snöovädret när huset byggdes så blev tyvärr spånskivorna väldigt blöta. Kontaktade Älvsbyhus, de sade att deras punkter i slutbesiktning är åtgärdade, vilket inte jag höll med om. Bland annat en plåt under elskåp som fått stryk samt söndervittrade spånskivor i garage.

Plåten reparerades och blev kanonfin.

Spånplattorna i garage hade vittrats upp och lösa bitar satt utbuktade. Jag försökte få dem till att byta skivorna, då de säkert vittrats upp mer inuti än de bitar som fallit bort. Kontentan blev att de tog inte ens bort de lösa bitarna som vittrats upp o låg löst, utan lade en spackelklick ovanpå allt.

Älvsbyhus skriver att de anser ärendet klart och kommer inte att göra någon mer åtgärd på detta då jag tycker att det ej är fackmannamässigt genomfört. Trots att jag hade hem en snickare från PEAB igår eftermiddag som underkände resultaten. Befarar det blir värre till 2-årsbesiktningen då jag hunnit måla etc..
